I'm quoting Morgan City, LA mayor Tim Matte. Except that he didn't say it. He was simply commenting that Louisiana won the poll as the happiest state, and that he felt his own community reflected the accuracy of the poll. Oh, and Morgan City is coastal, so hardest hit by Katrina and the oil spill. And look at him. He's blissed out. People think I make this stuff up.
